Clams & Herb Stuffed Chicken: Ingredients: 1 can (3.75 oz) Bumble Bee smoked clams, drained and chopped. 2 mushrooms, chopped. 1 green onion or chives, chopped. 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves. 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halved and flattened. 1/8 teaspoon paprika. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, combine clams, mushrooms, onion, thyme, and poultry seasoning. Gradually and chicken broth, stirring to moisten all pieces. Divide clam mixture and spread in center of each flattened chicken breast. Fold chicken over stuffing, close ends and secure with wooden toothpicks. Sprinkle with paprika. Place in ungreased 8-inch baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until cooked completely to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Serves 4.
